AQRB is structured to mirror its objectives

- Independence: a distinct company with independent directors actively engaged in review and monitoring work; the majority of directors never having worked in the auditing profession and are independent of the firms to be reviewed; the stewardship and adequacy of funding of the company to be watched over by St James Ethics Centre and Perpetual Trustee.
- Monitoring: highly competent professional advice is available to AQRB both from within the ranks of its Board and through its officers and contracted advisors.
- Transparency: the ability to make public its key material is enshrined in its constituent documents available on this website
